Why this team
Personal care, backed by an organized local team.
Your pets see familiar faces. You get clear updates. And there’s a plan for the days your regular caregiver can’t make it.
A familiar caregiver
A primary Pet Care Professional gets to know your pets. A backup who already has their care notes steps in only when needed.
Your instructions, every visit
Feeding, medication timing and house notes live in your pet’s Time To Pet profile, so every visit follows the same plan.
A screened, trained team
Background-checked caregivers with ongoing training, including Pet First Aid & CPR.
You hear from us
A report card after each visit with photos and notes, and in-app messaging with the team.
The people behind the care
A local team that knows your pets by name.
Kate’s K9 Pet Care is a woman-owned team caring for dogs, cats and small pets in their own homes across Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland.
The model is simple: a primary caregiver who gets to know your pets, a backup team that already has their care notes, and clear updates after every visit.

See the updates you receive
Know how the visit went, every time.
After each visit, a report card arrives in the Time To Pet app with photos and notes on food, water, potty breaks and any medication.
- Visit check-in and check-out, with the walk route recorded where GPS is available.
- Chat with the caregiver about the visit, or use Private messages for scheduling and billing questions.
- Your pet’s profile keeps routines, medication and access notes current for every caregiver.
Visit GPS shows the caregiver’s visit, not live tracking of your pet. Fi smart collars are a separate product.
