Every new client starts with a complimentary Meet & Greet. After that, you request care in Time To Pet and pay through your monthly invoice.

Packages
Walk and visit packages
Packages cover a set number of visits at a lower rate per visit. The per-visit figure is the package price divided by its visits. Package terms are explained before purchase.

Fees & billing

Holidays
A $15 surcharge per service on federal and major holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Same-day requests
Services requested less than 24 hours ahead include a same-day charge. We’ll do our best, but can’t guarantee availability on short notice.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead to avoid being charged for the service.
Meet & Greet
Your first Meet & Greet is complimentary. An additional one to meet more of your care team is $25.
How you pay
Through Time To Pet with a card on file. Invoices cover the previous month’s services.
Tips
Gratuity is handled in the app so your caregiver receives it securely. See the January 2027 change below.
Starting January 1, 2027
Automatic monthly billing. The card on file is charged on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s services. A 20% gratuity will be added automatically. Contact us to choose a different amount.
